Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by Blind Warriors Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit registered in Florida (EIN 99-1594395). References to “we”, “us”, and “the foundation” mean Blind Warriors Inc.

Using the site

You can browse, shop, donate, sign up for the newsletter, submit forms, and read our story. In exchange, you agree not to:

• Try to break, scrape, or overload the site
• Submit false donation or order information
• Impersonate someone else
• Use the site to harass, threaten, or harm anyone

Products and orders

Prices and product availability can change without notice. When you place an order, we'll do our best to fulfill it, but we reserve the right to cancel any order — for any reason — before it ships. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Product images are representative but actual color and finish can vary slightly. Sizing details are in the size guide.

Returns and exchanges follow the returns policy. Shipping terms follow the shipping policy.

Donations

Donations to Blind Warriors Inc. are voluntary, tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law under IRC §170, and non-refundable except in cases of clerical error or fraud. By donating you confirm:

• You're using your own card or bank account
• You have permission to make the donation
• You understand recurring donations continue until you cancel them (which you can do anytime via email)

We'll email you a receipt for every donation. If you need a year-end summary, contact us.

User submissions

When you send us a message, application, or any other content through this site, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your request. We'll never publish your message without permission.

Intellectual property

The Blind Warriors name, logo, designs, photography, and site content are the property of Blind Warriors Inc. and may not be used commercially without written permission. Editorial / journalistic use (press, articles about the foundation) is fine — just credit us.

Some links lead to other sites (Shopify checkout, Stripe, social media). We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Disclaimers

BJJ is a physical sport. Equipment we sell is intended for training under qualified instruction. You assume the usual risks of physical activity when you use our products. Consult a doctor if you have health concerns.

The site is provided “as is”. We don't warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is always perfectly current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Blind Warriors Inc. won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
