If something doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

What we accept
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- Original tags still attached
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
What we don't accept
- Items that have been rolled in, washed, or visibly used
- Sale or limited-run items marked “final sale” on the product page
- Foundation donations (those are non-refundable — see below)
How to return or exchange
- Email us with your order number and what you'd like to do (refund, exchange for a different size, exchange for a different item).
- We'll reply with a return address and a label if applicable.
- Pack the item back in something protective and ship it back.
For exchanges, we'll send out the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back. For refunds, you'll see the money back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Return shipping cost
For sizing exchanges within the United States, we cover the return shipping the first time. For refunds or international returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, we cover everything regardless.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it and cover all shipping both ways.
Donations
Charitable donations to the Blind Warriors Foundation are non-refundable, except in cases of fraud or clerical error. If you donated by mistake, email us within 30 days and we'll work it out.
