Orders ship from the United States. Most leave the warehouse within two business days of payment confirmation.

Processing time
Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays start processing the next business day.
Out-of-stock and pre-order items are flagged on the product page. If you order an item that is shipping later, the whole order ships when everything is ready unless you reach out and ask us to split it.

International
We ship internationally. Delivery times typically run 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local customs authority — these are not included in the shipping cost.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, give it 48 hours (sometimes the scan is early), then reach out. If a package is genuinely lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll work with you to replace it or refund — whichever you prefer.
